So what do you think? Will she win the law suit? I gues we'll have to wait and see. But you would think Nintendo would be ready for this kind of thing and would release some kind of disclosure together with the Wii Fit Bundle and Nunchuk documentation. Actually they did, however the legal team that's suing them in this case is saying that they were not specific enough about the 'defective' nature of it. What do you think? They're going to win?
