Nintendo Wii Fit Balance Board is suitable for everyone to keep you, your friends and family in shape and also helps in keeping everyone fit. It helps you set your personal goals, track your progress, gives you options of new activities and exercises and also helps you in your daily workouts.

Before you get started with the balance board, you will be asked to create a profile of your own by entering your height and age. This will be followed by a few tests. Then you will do a Body Mass Index check, which is commonly referred to as BMI. This is nothing but a measure of your body fat in conjunction with your weight and height.
